Frequently Asked Questions

Will this mat really come off without leaving adhesive on my floor?

Yes. Our product uses a special low-initial-tack pressure-sensitive adhesive designed specifically for short-term floor protection (typically 7-30 days). Under normal conditions, it will not leave residue. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or extreme heat (>60°C), as this may affect the adhesive properties.

Is it truly waterproof? What if I spill a bucket of paint?

Absolutely. The bottom PE layer is a dense waterproof film. If a large amount of liquid or paint is spilled, it will not seep through. The non-woven top layer prevents paint from flowing freely, giving you critical time to clean the surface before it dries.

How do I choose the size? Is 1 meter wide enough for furniture?

We offer two options:

1m x 25m: Best for hallways, corridors, and narrow pathways
1m x 50m: Ideal for large living rooms or open-plan areas

Since the material is flexible, you can lay multiple rolls side-by-side to cover wider furniture. Simply overlap the seams by 10cm (4 inches).

My floors are very slippery (polished tiles). Will this mat slide around?

No. We have specifically engineered a slip-resistant felt backing. Compared to smooth plastic films, this texture significantly increases static friction. Even with frequent foot traffic or rolling tool carts, the mat will remain securely in place.

Can I save it after one use and reuse it later?

Yes. After the first use, simply sweep off any dust or debris and roll it up for storage in a cool, dry place. Provided there are no punctures from sharp objects, the mat can be reused 2-3 times, making it perfect for phased renovation projects.
